Justice Social Workers – Assessment & Case Management Team:
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives and contribute to safer communities? Falkirk’s Justice Social Work Service is expanding, and we’re looking for passionate, skilled, and forward-thinking social workers to join our Assessment & Case Management Team.

As a Justice Social Worker in Falkirk, you’ll play a key role in supporting individuals involved in the justice system to make positive changes and reduce reoffending. You’ll work within a multi-agency framework to promote rehabilitation and public protection.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing and managing risk using accredited tools (LS/CMI, SARA, SA07, Stable & Acute).
- Preparing high-quality reports for courts, parole boards, and partner agencies.
- Delivering statutory supervision for individuals subject to community orders and licences.
- Collaborating with Police, Courts, Prisons, and third-sector organisations.
- Contributing to MAPPA, RMCCs, and case reviews.
- Supporting reintegration and promoting desistance through person-centred interventions.

Who Can Apply?
We welcome applications from:
- Qualified social workers registered with the SSSC and eligible to work in the UK.
- Final-year social work students, preferably with experience in a justice setting.
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
