Street Scene Chargehand: Supervises frontline operational staff delivering grounds maintenance and street cleansing services as part of the new Clean Green Action Team.
Responsible for planning and overseeing grass cutting, hedge maintenance, litter collection, graffiti removal, weed control and environmental upkeep.
Ensures safe working practices, compliance with Council policies, effective use of equipment and vehicles, accurate records, customer service excellence, and support for operational planning and scheduling.
