Falkirk Council are looking to recruit a Support for Learning Assistant for Victoria Primary School. You will provide support for children across the school to enhance learning experiences and achievements. You will undertake a range of support activities with regard to supporting learning, general supervision, safety, care and well-being of the children.
Good communication skills are essential and you will need to be able to work effectively as a member of a team. The role may require supporting children with mobility needs or social & emotional behavioural needs. You should be a resilient individual who is committed to inclusive practice and supporting Children’s Rights.
You will work 27.5 hours per week on a term time basis. Your working days will be Monday to Friday.
This post is temporary until June 2025 due to service requirement.
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
