Qualified to degree level or equivalent with Chartered Membership of CIPD, you will have relevant supervisory experience. You will be responsible for leading a customer focused HR advisory service to defined client services, working in strategic partnership with senior management and identifying strategic HR options and solutions for the efficient and effective delivery of the Council and Service objectives.
You will have excellent communication and report writing skills and be able to provide advice/ support on all aspects of employee relations.
