We are now looking for:

A motivated, and ambitious Mental Health Officer with relevant managerial/staff development experience to lead and operationally manage service delivery in our Integrated Mental Health Social Work/Mental Health Officer Team. As Team Manager, you will work as part of the Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership Leadership Team to deliver services in line with our vision, and core values.

You will share our commitment to ensuring we have dynamic and forward-thinking workforce that is determined to make a positive difference for people accessing services and our communities. Trauma informed, relationships and strengths-based practice sit at the heart of our work.

You will have experience working with Adults over 16 who have mental health disorders and associated complexity, vulnerability and risk. You will have sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and guidance within the context of Mental Health, Adult Support and Protection, AWI, Self-Directed Support and Carers. You will be an highly experienced Mental Health Officer with significant understanding of Social Work practice along with experience of supervising and supporting staff to develop, and deliver best practice within their role.
