We are looking for 2 experienced Building Standards Surveyors to join our Building Standards & Public Safety team. The positions are part of our verification team that manages around 3,000 building warrant applications annually, ranging from small-scale projects to large and complex non-domestic buildings. As a progressive employer, we offer the opportunity to work in this role as a “blended working” arrangement with home-working opportunities and occasional office-working as required. While the significant part of the role can and will be carried out remotely, candidates should be able to travel to and attend office locations in Fife as required.

- Experience within a Building Standards & Public Safety setting, including knowledge of relevant legislation, technical standards, and delivering verification services
We offer support for staff who wish to pursue further relevant qualifications and professional memberships.
