Applicants must be RICS qualified surveyors with Registered Valuer status (or an ability to secure the same). You will undertake valuations of Council property assets and a wide range of other professional duties, including landlord/tenant activities whilst generally assisting in the delivery of a comprehensive estates service.

The position requires someone who is enthusiastic committed, self motivated, has a positive, professional and responsible attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team working to tight timescales.

You should be able to demonstrate a commitment to the principals of customer care, while displaying excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
