Job Details
Thank you for your interest in the role of Supervising Senior Practitioner within our Adults Social Work Service, part of Fife Health and Social Care Partnership.
As one of the largest Health and Social Care Partnerships in Scotland, we deliver a wide range of delegated services to a population of approximately 370,000 across the Kingdom of Fife. Rooted in the communities and localities we serve, we are driven by our vision to improve outcomes through integrated, person‑centred health and social care, delivered by a highly skilled and committed workforce and through close partnership working with colleagues across statutory, independent and voluntary sectors.
Being co‑terminous with both NHS Fife and Fife Council offers an opportunity to deliver a whole‑system approach, supporting joined‑up services that make a real difference to people’s lives.
We are a forward‑thinking organisation focused on continuous improvement and the delivery of sustainable services. We are committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for the adults we support and place individuals at the centre of everything we do. We welcome applications from candidates who share our values and enthusiasm for integrated working.
We are recruiting three Supervising Senior Practitioners to join Adult Social Work teams across Cowdenbeath, Kirkcaldy and Leven. These are 36‑hour permanent posts and offer an opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a high‑quality statutory social work service underpinned by legislation and professional standards.
The Supervising Senior Practitioner role provides professional leadership, supervision and guidance, supporting staff to manage complex practice, risk and decision‑making while promoting reflective and person‑centred approaches.
