An exciting opportunity has arisen within Health & Social Care Connect for the position of Administrative Assistant.
At Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (GCHSCP) our team provides administrative support across Adults and Older People, Children and Families and Homelessness.
As an Administrative Assistant within Health and Social Care Connect, you will play a vital role in supporting your team to deliver essential services to the community. Working closely with your team manager, you will help ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily operations in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a proactive, well-organized, and positive individual who thrives in a dynamic setting. You will be a subject matter expert in your field, naturally sharing your knowledge with colleagues and supporting the development of your peers. Your ability to coach and collaborate will be highly valued.
Applicants must have previous administration experience, good literacy/numeracy skills, good communication/organisational skills, plus a working knowledge of software packages such as email and other Microsoft Office packages, although training will be provided in relation to service specific software applications.
These roles are excepted under Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2013 (as amended).
Interviews will take place week commencing 8th January 2026.
