What You’ll Be Doing
As a Clerical Officer, you’ll work in a busy, supportive environment providing high quality administrative support. Your duties will include:
• Handling phone calls and providing a professional, friendly first point of contact
• Covering reception duties
• Processing financial and administrative information
• Supporting teams across multiple service areas
• Minute taking for complex and sensitive meetings (full training will be provided)
This role is vital to ensuring our services run smoothly and effectively, and you’ll be a valued member of the wider administration team.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from individuals who can demonstrate:
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Experience in reception, customer service, or call handling
• Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
• A flexible, proactive attitude
• Willingness to travel between locations when required

Roles within our Older People Residential and Children Residential services require membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme. Successful applicants will be responsible for the cost of PVG membership or scheme updates.
