Role – Clerical Officer (Children's Admin Services)
Location – GCHSCP, based within the City Centre and the localities in North West, North East and South areas of the city
Hours - 17.5 hrs, 21.5 hrs, 27.5 hrs and 35 hours

Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (GCHSCP) is a partnership between Glasgow City Council and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde for health and social care services in Glasgow. Business Admin is a wide and varied team providing administrative support across GCHSCP. This role is to provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support within the Children and Families Service which is a busy environment offering assistance to practitioners within a Social Work setting. We have roles within our public facing locality offices across Glasgow or within our City Centre Children’s Services.
As a Clerical Officer, your role will be to support a team within a busy office environment carrying out a range of administration tasks including call handing and reception duties. Many of our roles within Children's Services require clerical admin staff to undertake minute taking tasks of a complex and sensitive nature. Whilst full training is provided applicants should be mindful of this.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate relevant skills such as call handling and reception duties, display good communication and organisational skills, including a basic knowledge of IT systems, such as Microsoft Office packages, however full training and support will be provided as part of the role. Successful applicants will require to attend and participate in training, including completion of mandatory online training courses/briefings.
