Role – Clerical Officer (Finance)

Contract Status – Permanent

This is an exciting opportunity to work within Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership’s (GCHSCP) Payment and Charging Team. As part of a large and diverse Finance team the key responsibilities of this role are to make payments to our service providers, carers, apply client contributions and issue invoices.
The Clerical Officer will be responsible for the input and updating of GCHSCPs Care First and SAP databases. This is a front facing role and the post holder will be required to respond to telephone and email enquiries. You must possess good communication skills, be flexible, organised and proficient in Microsoft Excel with finance and client database experience
These roles are excepted under Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2013 (as amended).
Interviews will likely take place week commencing 20th April 2026.
