At Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (GCHSCP) we are the first point of contact for all Social Work referrals, working closely with members of the public and professionals. Our service spans across Adults, Older People, Children & Families, Non Offence Referral Management Team (NORM) and Homelessness.
