Human Resources Assistant (Temporary)

£25,362.38 - £27,387.77

Hourly rate – £13.90 starting rate

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy Human Resource Operations Team.

Working within the HR recruitment administrative team, you will provide frontline administrative support and guidance on recruitment matters across Social Work Services.

Experience working in a recruitment environment is desirable. You will report directly to the HR Officer and be responsible for a day to day workload to achieve a comprehensive recruitment service.

This role offers the opportunity to be part of the ongoing development of the Human Resource function as a strategic part of the business.

To succeed in this role you will need to be self-motivated and customer focussed, possessing strong interpersonal and organisational skills coupled with the ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels.

This role will provide you with skills and experience to develop an exciting career pathway within Human Resources.

These posts are excepted under Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2013 (as amended).

This post is temporary for a period up to 13 weeks.
