Contract Status – 1 x Temporary (up to 2 years) & 1 x Temporary (up to 3 years)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for two HR Officers to join our HR Operations Team at Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (GCHSCP). This is an excellent role for individuals looking to develop their HR career within a dynamic, collaborative and people focused organisation.
Reporting directly to the HR Advisor, you will act as the first point of contact for managers, employees and candidates in the provision of expert advice and guidance on HR policy and procedures.
You will pro-actively support a number of key areas within the HR Operations team, with a specific focus on supporting recruitment and advertising and transactional activity. In addition, the HR Officer will be responsible for the collection, analysis and presentation of management information within the arena of HR Operations.
You will be able to motivate and encourage development within the team to ensure the delivery of a customer focused service and have the ability to work under pressure, independently and prioritise your workload and that of the team effectively.
This is a varied, fast paced role that offers the chance to make a real impact while growing your HR knowledge and experience. This role will provide you with skills and experience to support career progression within a busy HR environment.
We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals with:
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• The ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
• Confidence in communicating with colleagues at all levels
• A proactive, solutions focused approach
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
Experience within an HR environment is desirable, but we also welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills looking to progress into HR.
As part of GCHSCP, you will have access to a range of benefits, including:
• Generous annual leave and Public Holiday entitlement
• Local Government Pension Scheme membership
• Employee wellbeing support, including occupational health services

• An inclusive, welcoming and values driven workplace
