Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within GCHSCP in our Health and Social Care Connect Service for the position of Resource Manager.
This service is the first point of contact for social care services within Glasgow and
spans across Adults, Older People, Occupational Therapy, Children & Families and Homelessness.
Applicants must have relevant people management and administrative experience within a Customer Contact environment/first point of contact service.
You are required to have good communication and organisational skills, experience of managing resources, processes and data performance requirements. Good literacy/numeracy/IT skills which include a working knowledge all Microsoft Office packages and any relevant contact centre systems.
Applicants must be able to plan, organise and complete allocated work within specific deadlines. Candidates will also be expected to lead a team and work collaborately with a range of stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient delivery of service.
