Role – Team Leader (Revenue & Property Team)

Contract Status – Temporary, up to 11 May 2026

We are seeking a Revenue & Property Team Leader to join our team within Homelessness Services, Glasgow City Health & Social Care Partnership (GCHSCP). In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team dedicated to managing arrears within homeless accommodation, ensuring effective financial stewardship and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support a team managing accommodation-related arrears.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of robust financial and business monitoring systems.
• Evaluate and enhance service delivery across all operational areas.
• Compile and present accurate statistical data and reports within tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve outcomes for service users.
Essential Skills and Experience:
• Strong working knowledge of homelessness legislation, accommodation services, debt management, and housing benefit processes.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Experience in compiling and interpreting statistical data to inform decision-making and reporting within tight deadines.

Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme is essential on taking up appointment. Please note successful candidates for the above role will be required to pay for their PVG Membership/or Scheme Checks.
