What you need to know
Hours: 35 hours per week. Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00.
Contract type: Permanent.
Pay details: The listed salary is for a full-time role. If you’re applying for a part-time or bank job, we will calculate your pay on a pro-rata basis. The hourly rate is £17.57 per hour.

What you’ll do
As a Admin Officer, you’ll be a part of an established Admin team, reporting to the Snr Admin Officer. You’ll play an essential role in managing clerical support across your service area, contributing to corporate-wide strategic objectives, supporting business improvement and providing a wide range of essential admin support to the Service Operation teams that supports the running of the Service Areas as well as ensuring processes are efficient and effective.

We’re looking for someone with the ability to:
- Make real time service decisions in response to Operational issues in line with local procedures and establish guidelines
- Consolidate and report various sources of relevant information to inform others; interpret data and made recommendations for action to Management
- Motivate and supervise a team, deploying resources and responding to customer needs
- Allocate duties and responsibility within the team ensuring that all work is concluded to the required standards and timescales
- Carry out a wide range of administrative services to support the Snr Admin Officer, Service Areas, Colleagues and Business Partners.
