Glasgow Life is looking for an Arts Producer to join us on a full-time permanent contract As Arts Producer you will be joining our in-demand Arts Music and Cultural Venues service. You will be part of a dedicated team which supports our extensive Creative Communities programme.

The role
As an Arts Producer you’ll be an integral part of the team by supporting and delivering the various projects within the Creative Communities programme. Reporting to the Senior Arts Producer and working alongside an established team.
The candidate
If you’re interested in joining us as an Arts Producer you’ll need:
• Strong working knowledge of the arts and community sectors in Glasgow and Scotland
• Good communication skills and an understanding of how to deal with internal and external stakeholders in an occasionally complex working environment
• Strong project management skills with an ability to efficiently prioritise work to set and meet targets and deadlines
• Ability to work within and manage delegated budgets
• Strong IT competencies with a thorough working knowledge of key software packages

Our city-wide contracts mean you will be flexible to work in any of our locations.
Some of our roles are currently piloting hybrid working, with teams working between the office and home. Your line manager will agree these days with you. This balance enables you to continue much-needed collaborative working.
This role is working 35 hours per week, with core hours between 9am and 5pm and with some weekend and evening work expected.

Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme will be essential on taking up appointment. Please note successful candidates for the above position will be required to pay for their PVG Membership/or Scheme Checks.
