Hours: 35hrs per week. This role has a variety of working patterns and includes weekend working.

Contract type:

• Permanent

Pay details: The listed salary is for a full-time role.

Location:

• City-wide, with your main base at Glasgow Museums Resource Centre.

What you’ll do

As an Assistant Programme Officer, you’ll be a part of an established team, reporting to the Assistant Museum Manager. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring people have access to our world-class collections and have the chance to engage with our rich heritage. Your work will make a visible and lasting difference. This could be:

• Supporting our communities
• Helping people get active
• Creating cultural experiences
• Or working behind the scenes to make it all happen

We’re looking for:

• Experience of managing a team
• Strong people and communication skills
• Flexible attitude to working hours and location
• Competent IT skills and familiar with key software packages
