Job Description
Glasgow Life is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to join us on a 35-hour full time, permanent contract. As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be joining our in-demand Customer Experience Team. You will be part of a dedicated team which supports Glasgow Sport.

The role
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will play a crucial role in our team by ensuring we provide exceptional service to both current and prospective customers. You will also contribute to the growth and promotion of Glasgow Club memberships and other health and fitness services and products.
You will report to the Customer Experience Team Leader and work alongside an established team.

• Great customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Sound knowledge of digital media
• Microsoft Office (esp. Excel & Word)
• A great attitude and willingness to learn new skills

Our city-wide contracts mean you will be flexible to work in any of our locations.
This role is working flexible 5 days over 7 between the hours of 8am and 8pm
Important Dates: Closing date 13 October and interviews are provisionally scheduled for 21 October.
