What you need to know

Contract type:

  • Staff Bank (work on an as-needed basis, ideal if you need flexibility)

Pay details: The listed salary is for a full-time role. If you’re applying for a part-time or bank job, we will calculate your pay on a pro-rata basis. The hourly rate is £13.60 per hour.

Location:

  • Based at TRAMWAY, 25 Albert Drive, Glasgow G41 2PE with excellent public transport links nearby

What you’ll do

As an Attendant you’ll be part of a supportive and creative team environment, providing a pro-active, visitor focused service for our staff, tenants, contractors, artists and visitors. Responsible for opening and closing, working with alarm systems, providing regular building checks and ensuring sign in processes are maintained at stage door. The role reports to the Assistant Venue Manager and works alongside an established operations team.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Reception experience, welcoming customers, colleagues, and tenants.
  • Relationship management skills, supporting partners, tenants and our neighbours.
  • Appreciation for or interest in contemporary music, visual art and performance.
  • A flexible approach to working hours is required for this role covering evening shifts and weekend working
