- Fixed Term until 31ST March 2027
For Fixed Term Roles - If offer is made to internal employee (Glasgow Life or Council Family), at the end of the temporary period, eligible employees, if agreed will have a right to return to a role at their substantive grade within the council family.
Pay details: The listed salary is for a full-time role. If you’re applying for a part-time or bank job, we will calculate your pay on a pro-rata basis.
Location:
- Hybrid. You will spend part of your week at home, and part of your week in one of our offices.

What you’ll do
As an ALN Employability Project Co-Ordinator you’ll be a part of an established team, reporting to the Libraries and Communities Manager -Adult Learning. You’ll play an essential role in developing Literacy and Numeracy Learning Programmes supporting progression to employment. Your work will make a visible and lasting difference. This could be:
- Engaging with partners and communities to determine learning need
- Developing learning programmes consistent with learning need
- Helping people improve Literacy and Numeracy Skills
- Preparing Learners to progress to employment

- Experience of leading programme delivery within the community.
- Highly developed presentation, organisational, motivational, and task completion skills.
