What you need to know

Contract type: Fixed Term until 31.03.27
Pay details: The listed salary is for a full-time role. If you’re applying for a part-time or bank job, we will calculate your pay on a pro-rata basis.
Location: City-wide, with your main base discussed at interview.
What you’ll do
As a Libraries & Communities Coordinator, you’ll be a part of a Inclusion and Employability team, reporting to the Inclusion and Employability Manager. You’ll play an essential role in leading the strategic management, planning, operations, development and delivery of the ESOL Employability Project aimed at economically inactive and unemployed citizens, particularly those from ethnic minority groups and women, supporting them to secure sustainable employment in Care settings, Childcare and Community interpreting.

- Experience of leading programme delivery within the community.
- Highly developed presentation, organisational, motivational, and task completion skills.
