Hours: 35 hours per week. Working 5 days in a 7-day period Monday – Sunday 9am-9pm

What you’ll do

As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be a part of an established team, reporting to the Assistant Box Office Manager (Systems). You’ll play an essential role in building new events and festivals for sale across Glasgow Life Service Areas as well as commercial promoters hiring our venues, monitoring artist sales, checking ticket manifests, issuing guest tickets, setting up mobile ticketing for performances, and pre-event uploading barcodes for ticket scanning at the venue.

  • Or working behind the scenes to make it all happen

  • an experienced sales and customer service team member with a positive outlook and resilience to face challenges.
  • a clear and confident communicator in both in-person and written correspondence to build rapport with clients and customers.
  • someone who is calm under pressure, able to work to tight deadlines with numerical diligence and an ability to multi-task.
