Job Description

We are currently looking for 3 x Business Service Co-ordinators to join our team on a fixed-term basis for 2 years.
Position Details
As a Business Service Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in expanding JBG’s reach, promoting services, building partnerships, and creating referral pathways. You will provide high-quality advice and guidance to customers and lead a team of colleagues, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and meet performance targets. You will act as the liaison between your team and the Operations Manager, monitoring performance, setting goals, and authorising limited financial requests. Strong communication, leadership, and IT skills are essential.

The annual salary for the post starts at £35,701.50 per annum, progressing to £39,591.58 on an incremental scale. This is based on a 35 hours per week, working Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm (45 min lunch break) and Friday 9am – 4pm (1 hour lunch break).
