The Admin Assistant plays a key role in the delivery of an effective and efficient office support. You will develop an overall knowledge of City Building, which strives to deliver excellent customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the organisation by managing administrative tasks, systems, and resources. This includes overseeing day-to-day administrative functions, providing user support, ensuring the maintenance and security of systems, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. This role involves troubleshooting issues, coordinating updates and backups, creating purchase orders for suppliers, and ensuring smooth communication across teams and departments.What You Will Bring
The Admin Assistant will be a dedicated individual with a strong focus on customer service, handling enquiries and complaints professionally and accurately while ensuring a positive experience for all customers and stakeholders. The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced team environment and will effectively manage competing priorities independently or collaboratively as a team to meet established deadlines. You will bring a positive and proactive attitude to your work, along with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. You will have strong proficiency in Microsoft office software, technical systems, and administrative processes, with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and process improvement.
