Job Description

Glasgow City Council's Corporate Integrated Transport (CITU) is a team within our Customer Contact Centre.  An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic person to join our busy CITU, a team responsible for arranging home to school transport for young persons attending mainstream & additional support needs schools. 
 
The successful candidate will be customer focussed with strong organisational and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders including parents/carers, schools & transport providers. The postholder will provide administrative support, be responsible for work allocation & will provide support & guidance to team members. 
 
The post involves call handling & dealing with escalated enquiries from stakeholders.
