Job Description
Reporting to the Supervisor, you will have a responsibility for the day-to-day running of a Commercial, Bulk and Bin delivery service within a defined geographical area for Business operations. You must be able to motivate a team, prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and be able to demonstrate the ability to find solutions to problems effecting frontline service delivery. Good communication skills, IT skills and a current driving licence are essential. A formal qualification to SVQ level 3 in an area appropriate to the post is desirable as is previous supervisor experience and risk assessment training. You must also already possess or be willing to work towards obtaining First Aid certification and it is essential that you have a full, current, driving licence. A 4 days on/ 4 days off work pattern is in operation including weekend working.
One position is permanent and the other is fixed term for a period up to 2 years.
