Job Description
Based within Financial Services, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Business and Training Advisor to join our Catering and Facilities Management team. In this role, you will support the development, coordination, and delivery of high‑quality training programmes while helping to drive service improvements and business efficiency across our operations.
You will work closely with managers and staff at all levels to identify training needs, enhance performance, and contribute to continuous improvement across the service. If you are organised, people-focused, and passionate about developing others, we’d love to hear from you.
Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme is essential for this role. the successful candidate will be expected to meet the cost of the relevant check.
