Job Description
Financial Services continues to strive, through a robust development programme, to improve operational efficiency and service delivery across frontline services. To enable and support this model, a number of digital enablement projects are being delivered which will give customers a greater choice on how they interact with us offering more high-quality online services and enhancing our current digital channels.
The successful candidate will provide support to the Project Manager and the Project Team in the coordination, planning and control of new and ongoing projects and provide technical input and assistance where required. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience of providing Project Management Organisation (PMO) support to complex change programmes/projects.
You must have well developed written skills in respect of producing reports, emails and issuing minutes or action notes from meetings in a clear and precise manner.
You must also be flexible and adaptable to changing situations and have the ability to work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of and the ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and related IT systems is essential.
A formal programme/project management qualification or training or previous experience working on change projects is desirable.
