Job Description
In addition to the ESO Personal Specification attached, candidates must have the following skills and experiences: Arts Degree with relevant experience and GTC Registered. Experience of working with arts groups in extra curricular and community settings. Experience of working at middle management level. Leadership of Expressive Arts Curriculum Development and enhanced knowledge of curricular frameworks, CfE, SQA and BGE. Extensive experience of evaluating the impact of interventions, projects and professional learning. Experience of working at both national level in terms of Expressive Arts and Creativity. Extensive experience of assessing poverty of opportunity and closing the poverty related attainment gap in terms of Glasgow's Improvement Challenge. Excellent IT skills. Involvement in the wider CREATE service. Evidence of organising and leading city initiatives.

Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme will be essential on taking up appointment along with GTCS Registration. Please note successful candidates for the above position will be required to pay for their PVG Membership/or Scheme Checks
