Job Description
Glasgow City Council's Customer Contact Centre (CCC) handles incoming telephone enquiries for Glasgow City Council services & the wider council family.
We are looking for a dynamic & motivated Customer Contact Coach to join our team. This is an opportunity to work closely with new & existing staff, helping call handlers thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment by providing coaching & mentoring support. The successful candidate will have strong communication & interpersonal abilities to ensure staff have the skills & confidence to maintain high level service delivery & meet performance targets.
The post also involves an element of call handling & dealing with escalated enquiries from stakeholders.
