Your leadership will be pivotal in improving outcomes for every child and young person across the city.
In Glasgow, we are ambitious for every learner. Equity is at the heart of everything we do, and we measure success by the impact of our collective efforts to remove barriers to learning, including those created by poverty.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will lead Education Services, overseeing 330 schools and nurseries that serve more than 80,000 children and young people. You will lead a workforce of over 10,500 staff and services worth in excess of £700 million, while contributing to the Council’s strategic objectives as a key member of the Corporate Leadership Team.
