Head of Business Support
Neighbourhoods Regeneration & Sustainability (NRS) has an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to be at the forefront of delivering complex change programmes with a clear focus on service improvement and key stakeholder engagement. NRS has over 3,000 employees delivering a diverse range of services including waste management, parks, roads, transport strategy, parking, planning, housing, property management and community safety.
Reporting directly to the Divisional Director of Finance, Governance & Transformation, the successful candidate will also require excellent communication and influencing skills as their responsibilities include overseeing Performance, Governance, Transformational Projects, Safety & Resilience, alongside ensuring effective business support across our Service.
To effectively ensure provision of business support, as well as leading on projects delivering change and enhancements, applicants must possess a relevant business degree and/or extensive experience within business support including the successful delivery of change, efficiencies, and continuous improvements.
