HR Assistant (Graduate) - (Fixed-Term) - 2 Posts

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, organised and professional applicants to join our busy HR Team that supports the Chief Executive's Department and Financial Services.

You will provide advice, guidance and support to managers in line with our policies and procedures, support workforce planning arrangements and be involved in people related projects.

You will be customer focused and have excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to manage a range of priorities.

Please note to be eligible to apply you must:

• Have a degree qualification which has been awarded, not pending.
• Live in the Glasgow City Council Boundary, this means that the Council Tax for your
  home address would be paid to Glasgow City Council.
• Be unemployed, under-employed – meaning that you’re working in a role which isn’t at the level of your formal qualifications or facing a redundancy situation.

During the recruitment process you’ll be asked to provide evidence that you meet the
criteria above.

Interviews are anticipated to take place on Tuesday 25 November 2025.

This post is temporary for a period up to 18 months.
