LES Operative 2 (Bin Deliveries)

Job Description

An opportunity has arisen within Neighbourhoods, Regeneration and Sustainability for an LES Operative 2 (Bin Deliveries) to join our Waste Management service on a permanent basis.

The LES Operative 2 (bin deliveries) carries out various cleansing and manual handling tasks relating to delivery of new, replacement or additional bins, to residential, commercial and developer properties, and bin removals.

If no bin delivery duties are available, the operative will assist with commercial services and bulk uplifts, including to collect residual, recycled and public waste safely and efficiently and deal with exceptional items as per GCC procedures as required.
