Job Description

You will be working within NRS Parks and Open Spaces.
Applicants should be proficient in operating complex machinery requiring a high level of maintenance and be able to demonstrate a knowledge of horticulture and specialist practical skills such as landscaping and fine turf maintenance.
 
You must be adaptable to ever changing workloads, have the ability to see tasks through to completion in a busy environment and to work with, guide and motivate other team members.  Knowledge of COSHH, Health & Safety and public safety are essential, as are good communication skills as you will be dealing with the public on a daily basis in the park. 
 
A current full C1 driving licence, PA1/PA6 training . Horticulture Level 3 (SCQF Level 6) or Sports Turf management (SVQ Level 2) qualification is essential, First Aid certificate is desirable.
