Job Description

Scotland’s largest planning authority seeks a motivated and versatile planner to join at this exciting time in the transformation of national planning. The new role will be part of the Development Plan Group and will primarily focus on the Developer Contributions policy development for the emerging new development plan for Glasgow and provide continuity and capacity for the existing situation running with the current adopted plan. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on major new developments that support the regeneration of the city and progress their careers towards RTPI Membership. This new opportunity to work in the Development Plan Group comes at an important stage as we embark on producing a new City Development Plan for Glasgow and progress an exciting range of work in delivering on the national transformation of planning and continued regeneration of the city.
