Job Description
An opportunity has arisen within Neighbourhoods, Regeneration and Sustainability for a Project Support Officer to join our Property Asset Management service on a permanent basis.

Position Details
Glasgow City Council's Property and Land Strategy lays out the strategic framework for the transformation of the Council Property and Land assets. As the Project Support Officer within the Property Asset Management team, you will play a key support role in the Council's successful People Make Glasgow Communities Programme with the Assistant Group Manager. Applicants should refer to the Property and Land Strategy to inform their application.
You should have the ability to work in fast paced environment, frequently under pressure and be able to communicate, collaborate and influence people at all levels including senior professionals’ stakeholders. You will be a first-class communicator and a natural relationship manager whilst demonstrating excellent project management skills.

A degree in a Business/Property/Facilities Management discipline, or relevant experience is an essential requirement for this role.
Contract Details
Weekly Hours: 35 per week
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday
Annual Salary: £33,700.21 - £39,251.78 on an incremental scale
