Job Description

Based within Financial Services, City Chambers Management provides reception facilities for the City Chambers and 3 other city centre premises.

The Receptionist will be part of a team who will work alongside the existing reception staff to provide overlapping coverage for the opening hours of the premises which is from 8am till 5pm Monday to Friday. There will also be a requirement to work 21hrs Annual Contractual Overtime for pre-planned events.

The Receptionist is responsible for providing a welcoming, professional, and efficient front-line service to members of the public, visitors, and staff and offer guidance as needed. Also, training will be provided to conduct guided tours of the City Chambers.
