Job Description
City Chambers Management provides reception facilities for the City Chambers and other city centre premises.
The role of the Receptionist Supervisor will be to organise, resource and provide business information and support to internal and external customers over 5 different reception points.
The role includes organising staff rotas to deliver guided tours of the city chambers complex, using GCC software for updating security passes, ordering, and receipting goods, various administrative duties as directed by the Duty Manager. Training will be given for all aspects of the role.
The Receptionist Supervisor is one of a team and will be required to work alongside the existing reception staff to provide overlapping coverage for the opening hours of the premises, the hours for this role will be 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday.
21hrs annual contractual overtime will also be required for pre-planned events.
