Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Pensions Officer Position within our team at Strathclyde Pension Fund Office (SPFO).
SPFO provides pensions for over 296,000 members of the Local government Pension Scheme (LGPS) in the west of Scotland.
We seek applicants that are self-motivated, who are flexible and are enthused by change. The ideal applicant will bring a commitment to exceptional customer service ensuring compliance with pension scheme regulations that meet the requirements of the Pensions Regulator in line with Legislation.
Applicants will be expected to provide calculations and guidance to members and employers based on a detailed knowledge of regulations and analysis of individual circumstances.
Supervision and the development of Pension Assistants, including allocation of work is a requirement of the role.
