Job Description
Glasgow City Council invites suitably qualified applicants for the role of Taxi Inspection Supervisor based at our test facility located at 425 Polmadie Rd, Glasgow. All applicants must be fully qualified mechanics certified by C&G/Scotvec or equivalent industry standard qualifications. The position includes dealing with H&S, staff supervision, absence management, and all legal compliance issues required to operate a busy MOT test centre/Taxi/PHC test facility. IMI Level 3 MOT management qualification is required for this role as is a full category B driving licence.
The applicant must also be a fully qualified MOT tester.
This position requires a Basic Disclosure. Please note successful candidates for the above position will be required to pay for their Disclosure.
