Team Supervisor

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Financial Services for the position of Team Supervisor, specifically working as part of the CBS Planning & Building Services team.

As Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering a broad range of service processes. We welcome applications from candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, can perform effectively under pressure, and demonstrate strong organisational skills, with the ability to analyse and present information accurately while meeting tight deadlines.

In this role, you will oversee and coordinate your team’s workload, attendance and performance, while also supporting the Service Delivery Manager across all aspects of the function. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, and a working knowledge of CBS systems such as IDOX DMS, Uniform, EDRMS, MS Word and MS Excel is desirable.

A flexible and adaptable approach is key, along with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for embracing new ways of working.
