Salary of £32,024.87 - £36,151.72

The total pay shown above (including allowances where applicable) is the current total pay for this post. Under the Council's new Pay & Grading Structure due to be implemented from 4 April 2027, the total pay for this role is expected to be £30,879.00 - £35,751.75. Further information will be provided to candidates during the recruitment process.

Based in Financial Services, within CBS, you will be responsible for the daily supervision of the CBS Early Years Team.

You will manage and allocate the workload, attendance and performance of your team and support the Management Team in all aspects of the overall function. Ensuring all billing processes and procedures are accurate for Local Authority establishments and all payments to Funded Partners are on time.

Applications are invited from candidates who can excel in a fast-paced environment, have the ability to supervise staff, work under pressure, sort out information and present it accurately with the ability to work within extremely tight deadlines.

Excellent communication skills, sound customer service together with a working knowledge of the systems in use such as SAP, Pulse, EDRMS, and all MS packages is required. Knowledge of Seemis, NAMS and Pecos would be advantageous. A flexible approach to the needs of the organisation is essential as is positivity and enthusiasm to working in new ways.
