Job Description
Development, implementation and evaluation of training modules.
To provide instruction assessment and where relevant verification, on courses to agreed standards and quality procedures.
To assist with employee and trainee/apprentice training. To carry out ad hoc projects and assignments as required.
To co-operate with the introduction of new procedures and/or new equipment / technology.
Be conversant and operate at all times within the current Health, Safety & Welfare at Work legislation.
Any other duties appropriate to the post and in line with the needs of the Service.
With a wide remit of design, deliver training mainly with Plant & Machinery. Most of this work is in house with the training the trainee to meet the requirement of SVQ qualification.
Membership of the protection of vulnerable groups scheme will be essential upon taking up appointment. Please note that the successful candidates for the above positions will be required to pay for their PVG membership/scheme checks.
Current driving licence is essential.
