Post Title: Apprentice Electrician
Location: Carrs Corner Roads Depot, Fort William
Hours: 37 hours per week
Duration: Fixed Term for 4 years
Salary:  £26,012 - £28,225 per annum

Year 1 / Year 2 - Living Wage = £26,012         
Year 3 - 85% of HC05 = £26,657
Year 4 - 90% of HC05 = £28,225
Full Trade = HC05 £31,361

Job Purpose:

• To install and maintain a wide range of electrical works including Street Lighting, Floodlighting, Illuminated signs, Traffic Signals, Navigational Aids, Depots, Offices. 
• Apprentices will not only learn basic skills but will be given the opportunity to gain more responsibility and put new skills into practice. 
• The successful applicant will: Repair and maintain Street Lighting, Floodlighting, Illuminated signs, Traffic Signals, Navigational Aids, Depots, Offices under guidance, instruction and training.
