Post Title: Area Facilities Management Supervisor
Location: Lochalsh and West Ross-shire*
Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £27,554 - £30,175 per annum

* This post can be based in Gairloch, Ullapool or Kyle of Lochalsh and a valid driving licence is required.

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To assist the FM Officer & FM Team Leader, in the provision of an effective and efficient Cleaning & FM Service with regards to property management, building access and egress, maintenance, health & safety and cleaning activities throughout the geographical area
