Salary: Band 4 - £23,930- £26,030 p.a. (£29,116 - £31,670 pro rata)
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: TAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 4 nurse to join the Alness School Nursing Team covering the Mid-East Ross geographical area. You will undertake delegated duties, providing targeted intervention and support to the most vulnerable school aged children and families in communities, particularly those suffering poverty and inequalities. The role will primarily focus on early intervention in School Years through health promotion and education. You will work as part of the wider team to deliver universal programmes such as P1 screening.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are fundamental to the role, as is the ability to work both on your own initiative and as part of a team. A current UK driving licence is also essential for this post as you will be expected to drive efficiently and effectively to meet the operational requirements of the service. Whilst access to a pool car is available, the use of your own car for work purposes is an essential requirement of the post.

Requirements
Training: SNNEB/NNEB/ SVQ Level 3
Experience: Previous community experience working with children, young people and families.
Car owner and driver with business insurance.
